This week PropertyPrompt has onboarded another impressive new structure from the Augusta portfolio – the new Auckland HQ for Xero accounting software – in conjunction with Bayleys Property Services.
The multi-purpose technology facility at 96 St Georges Bay Road, Parnell was built by Mansons Ltd and officially opened by Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern in 2019.
Over 400 Xero staff were relocated to the new headquarters, and each will be equipped with the PropertyPrompt app on their smartphone devices to lodge and track any building issues, hazards and maintenance requests that may arise in the building from day to day.
A wellness room, small gym with meditation/relaxation/massage area, X-Box and Playstation, table tennis, pool table and foosball are provided for staff who move around via activity-based work and have wrist-bands with chips allowing entry to lockers and onto their two floors.
